  1. Analogue3D plays legacy game cartridges via an original-style cartridge slot. Analogue3D does not play copyrighted rom file.
  2. Analogue3D is not designed using software emulation. It is designed using a specialty hardware chip called an FPGA, which operates on a transistor level.
  3. Analogue3D does not infringe on any copyright or trademarks.
  4. All games are showcased to illustrate compatibility with Analogue3D. All trademarks and copyrights visualised for compatibility are the property of their respective owners.
  5. Analogue3D does not operate utilizing bios files from any other entities. Analogue designs all hardware.
  6. Analogue3D does not support openFPGA.
  7. All new 3DOS features are supported on Analogue3D only. It is not supported on any past Analogue products due to hardware restrictions. Past Analogue products will continue to receive updates and full support respectively.
  8. 8BitDo 64 controller is not included with Analogue3D and is sold separately for $44.99.
  9. Resolution is 10x the majority of games at 320. Some games display in 640.
  10. Analogue3D requires a 4K capable display to use Original Display Modes.
  11. Analogue3D cannot use a capture card with Original Display Modes enabled. It can use a capture card in 4K without Original Display Modes.
  12. Analogue3D supports 1080p output in addition to 4K. We strongly recommend playing in 4K for the experience Analogue3D was created for.
